Our home is in a beautiful country setting on 5 acres near Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Our setting is quiet with a landscaped one acre yard, and an additional 4 acres of sloping hillside and meadow land.

We have a large paved drive entrance and secondary gravel drive entrance that loop and allow for any number of vehicles or a few large RVs to park. Our home is a split level, which has a main living space, kitchen, and dining room on the entry floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, and additional living room, bedroom, and laundry with bath downstairs.

Our home is always stocked with 4 ways to make coffee - percolator, french press, Keurig, and Nespresso. We keep coffee and tea stocked for our guests along with a full pantry of items and seasonings for guests to use.

The hot tub is always ready to use and should be set at 104-106 degrees year round. If you bring your own off-road vehicles, you can ride on the roads directly from our house to the national forest and nearby ATV or dirt bike trails. In the winter, our land directly behind the back yard is a hill which is an amazing sledding hill (400 feet long with 2-3 different runs) or place to mess around with your snowmobiles if you brought them.
